A member of the KRAK Vistula Warriors Team, which since 2001 has been co-organizing, with the Podgórze Cultural Center, the Traditional Rękawka Festival at Krakus Mound in Krakow. He is also the author of radio stories, books and exhibitions treating the history of soccer, a finalist of the Grand Press (reportage category), and winner of the 2018 Sports Book of the Year title. For many years he was a journalist for Krakow Radio and KRK.FM, as well as director and host of the "Literary League" program on TVP Sport.
During the conference, Norbert Tkacz, based on his extensive knowledge, will talk about the origins of the custom of Krakow Rękawka, a Slavic spring festival in honor of the dead, how the Slavs worshipped their dead, and in what formula this celebration has survived to the present day.
