How to book a tour to the Vodka Factory Museum?

Are you interested in the history of Polish vodka? Schedule your tour of the Vodka Factory Museum from September 17-22, 2024 during your free time when participating in FIAT-IFTA 2024 Convention! We recommend taking a tour on September 19, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The tour takes place in groups of up to 20 people and lasts about 1.5h.
Tour of the Vodka Factory Museum is additionally charged and requires additional registration.

The Vodka Factory Museum is a multi-sensory journey into the world of vodka. There you can discover the history, production technology and interesting facts about the culture of consumption throughout history. The Museum is located in the Fabryczna City complex, in a historic building of the former Vodka Factory No. 11 built in the 1930s, later the Polmos Distillery. It serves as a reminder and testimony to the identity of the place.

The museum forms seven thematic galleries and at the same time seven main stories, which include: presentation of medieval distillation apparatus for distilling booze, a feast in a nobleman's manor, a revolution in distilling along with 19th century industrial apparatus for vodka production, a bar from the period of the Second Republic of Poland, the square in front of the Vodka Distillery No. 11 from the 1930s along with a railroad siding, an agricultural steam distillery showing a complete technological sequence, a bottling and loading room for finished products from the 1970s, vodkas from the time of the People's Republic of Poland, Polmos Krakow plants until 2010.
